I called century link on Monday 4/17/23 I ordered internet service I asked the representative what was his earliest appointment so he scheduled me for Wednesday 4/19/23 a technician came out but nothing was installed..he rescheduled Thursday 4/20/23 still no one showed up...Iv been calling everyday asking for help or answers why no one has showed up and no one seems to help all they say is yes im scheduled for someone to come and install the internet yet I still dont have any service and I paid for it all the very same day I ordered it which was on 4/17/23 at. this point I just want someone to please contact me so I can cancel everything I should have gone with cox again but it was my mistake and this wont happen anymore it wasmy mistake for wanting to try a new service please contact me so we can terminate this and I get my full refund...iv last so much money with you guys already..I missed work waiting for a technician that never showed up im extremely disappointed with century link and no one is going to pay my days iv missed work for you guys or are gonna deduct the days iv paid for service that yet haven't been installed I have enough going on in my life and this was the last thing I needed...

Ive had an account with these clowns for 30 years. That said, I just tried to cancel it.
Amazingly they couldnt possibly do that until they talked to my husband because he was also on the account. Now this wouldnt incense me so if when I called they hadnt offered to upgrade my internet speed for a wonderful price, and they didnt know who I was. I hadnt even told them my name but that wasnt a problem then.
Anyway this company has always had very poor customer service for at least the last 30 years. Ive made orders, they ALWAYS get them wrong.
Seem that they only make mistakes in their favor, though. They have consistently been the company I least like to interact with.

I have been unable to get a rep or chat team bot to help us get an email/password fix. We need our service restored so we can get urgent/important emails from-to our families/businesses. Please help!
We noticed that werent getting important emails and we couldnt send them either. It was indicated that my email was locked and I should change my password.
I did that but it wont let me use the new one, but still allows me to use the old one. Were still in a pickle because it says we need to a live person, but were unable to reach a live email/password tech. We have been you guys for a long time and shouldnt be made to get frustrated because of some loop of unavailable techs not assisting us seniors. Now today I talked to Beverly in the technical support repair section & she was amazing in regards to fax machine issues even though she couldnt fix the problem, but referred me to two other sections that help me tomorrow.
Kudos to Beverly!! She brought my pissed attitude down to a manageable level and reassured me I can/should get help/resolution soon.
User's recommendation: It depends on how these two fixes turn out on tomorrow. I have been giving folks a high recommendation on you guys but this week has been very rough on us with no fix in sight.
