Phone issues

Your web site does no have a simple way of filling out a ticket for service. It took me an hour and a half to finally get to the create a ticket for service.

CenturyLink is not providing what they claimed they would do for me

CenturyLink is not providing what they claimed they would do for me. I had 30 megs of speed at the introductory price and now they are telling me that they cannot provide 30 megs of speed for the same price. I think its because Im not talking to the right person

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

ORDERED SERVICE AND IT IS NOW ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER, STILL NO SERVICE. HAVE LITERALLY SPENT PROBABLY 6 HOURS OVER THE PAST TWO MONTHS CALLING, CHATTING, ETC BEGGING TO BE TOLD SOMETHING - ANYTHING. NO COMMUNICATION, NO SERVICE. NOW WAITING ALL DAY FOR TECHNICIAN AND TWO HOURS ON PHONE. NOTHING!

No one ever answers the phone !

I have been trying to call all morning but it is impossible to get a live person on the phone , I've been having issues with my internet ALL WEEK and I am tired of it ! I need to speak to a supervisor I am unable to do my job !

Does not work It goes on and off and has for a year sometimes working for a week sometimes not sick and tired of dealing with these people theres nobody to talk to the phone just send you in circles and expect to go on the Internet and talk to them when you dont have Internet something wrong with them people no brains

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.

I cancelled my service in February on the App and CenturyLink is now saying I needed to call in to cancel it. Needless to say they have charged me for a service I have not been using as it did not suffice my work at home needs. Their process and billing practices horrible. I should not need to call in to cancel service when it had an option on the app. This is their way of just trying to milk you for as long as they can.

Internet has been out for 2days

Calling customer service was a mess all I could get is a recording and a big run around. And it kept hanging up. It would ask two questions and if you said no on them it would hang up

Self explanatory

Service is shut off all the time. It usually happens on the weekend when you cannot reach anyone to fix it. Most of the time, they fix it on their end. I do not think they refund you for their downtime.
