Oct 29 RESOLVED after many hours. 1 Star Details Century Link: Multiple dysfunctions in multiple areas of customer service. My solution: Xfinity. They have an easy online interface. I can create an account, enter it and see and my bills to check them. Tech who installed my router (Best Buy) was great. Service is smooth internet access.

If this co. Does not respond to your faulty service issues (internet in my case) then they probably won't period. I had line instability issues and very unsatisfactory internet performance. Outside lines are their responsibility ..inside lines were also their responsibility since I paid for line guard every month for the 10 + years was their customer. 6 months. Countless calls and repair visits never produced a solution.they were simply not going to replace lines..period. they kept doing cheap, ineffective things but things were never fixed. Really deplorable ! l

OMGOSH That’s scary. With them closing down all of their offices in Vegas and probably other States; it’s to easy for them to avoid their customers; at least those that they still have, it doesn’t seem like they care about negative reviews from current customers. It would be interesting to know how many customers have left after their contact was up.

I canceled 10-14-2019 and sent for a return label on the 15. Talked to them on Nov.1 and they tried telling me that it was still on. Then the person checked and saw that i did cancel last month. Now i am told that i have to go to UPS store to return my equipment. If i would of been told this in the first place there would be no problem. Sorry but i will not be returning to your service

Last year Centurylink said my house could only get 6mbps (not great) internet speed. Now they have "reconfigured" the system and I can only get 3mbps. Who changes their system to give you worse service than the bad service you had??

I returned a modem & still receive a bill of $174.99. I used my old modem when I move to transfer my old modem to the new address. Changed my new address but was never changed online. “24 hours to update on the system” Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday & it still has my old address. Customer service is rude and will hang up on you even when your super nice on the phone to them.
