Century Link has no customer service they are the worst people to deal with in person and on the phone. They will charge you for things they say they won't charge you.

I never even had my Century Link service activated and 9 months later they are still trying to charge me for things after I paid to disconnect a service I never had they said I never had to pay for.

Keep your tracking because they will lose your modem and attempt to charge you for it as well. Over the phone customer service likes to hang up on you or just continually transfer you because no one can do their job and explain what is going on.

I am experiencing the exact same thing. We signed up for service and they have yet to connect it, and its been well over a month.

They haven't contacted us about any issues, we have had to call and call just to find out the information going on with our account.

Today, a Supervisor kept trying to hang up on me as well. We will be cancelling :)
